If you’re a true foodie, the neighboring Riu Palace Baja California has elevated dining you can access while still enjoying the parties and pools at Riu Santa Fe. I chose this resort because I’ve been here — the pools are awesome, the people are great, and there’s so much to do. If you want a no-worry getaway filled with sun, fun, and unforgettable memories, this is the spot.

They have a resort show everynight as well as a nightclub on the resort, Pacha. Open 11-2am and then if you're still going a 24/7 sports bar.

With four themed parties every week, this place knows how to throw a good time—two daytime pool parties and two nighttime events. Guests show up in full theme outfits, ready to dance, socialize, and let loose. The parties are fully all-inclusive, with food and drinks flowing the entire time. Expect live dancers around the pool, waist-deep water so you can stay cool while partying, balloons everywhere, foam pouring down from above, and yes—shots if you’re feeling bold.

It’s pure sun and fun, and honestly, it’s the main reason I keep coming back to RIU resorts.
